"Michael was very helpful with my Volkswagon windows malfunctioning, the part he thought my car needed was ordered- but it turned out to not be the problem after all. I was pleasantly surprised when he charged me nothing and recommended a different garage that was capable of handling the European computer issues my car was having. It was very nice, as a woman, to have a mechanic speak to me without belittling me or making me feel like an idiot… probably a first for me! I recommend going to see Michael at Wicked Wrench to anyone with vehicle problems!"
