"On 8/1/23, I went to Ensenada to replace the tie rods on my car. The customer service was great. The person who is in charge of the place was respectful and professional. When they finish with my vehicle. Then they explained to me my car had other problem that my car needed to be safe on the streets. I like these places because the end when they finish with your vehicle they explained to you what car need or have."

"Awesome service with reasonable prices, they always made sure to explain what they were going to do, how and why. As well as any suggestions. Just went for an alignment and I came out knowing more about my car."

"I had recently purchased a used vehicle that I had some front end work done to the suspension and I needed an alignment, so I took my truck here to have it aligned I asked if they would tell me if anything else needed to be done to my suspension before proceeding with the alignment. They said everything was good and it could be aligned. That was not true. As soon as I drove off my vehicle began to pull and sway on the road, which obviously meant my truck needed more front end work done to it. So I took it back after some parts were fixed on it and I told them about what had happened and they remembered me because I had already called and spoke with the guy at the shop and told him what was going on with the truck but after I had parts replaced that needed to be fixed because they said it didn’t I was told that the warranty was voided because the parts were replaced. I told the guy that he was the one that told me everything was fine with the truck when it wasn’t so I had no choice but to have it fixed so I asked if they couldn’t just fix the alignment that I had already paid for if they could at least give me a discount for letting them fix the alignment which I didn’t mind paying for again if I had to. He said no. To me that’s bad business! You’re not some big corporate mechanic shop you are a small mom and pop shop! At least have The decency to listen to your customers and understand what they are trying to tell you. I wasn’t try to get anything done for free but if you told me that you would check my vehicle before proceeding to charging and then you tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me and when I leave something is wrong at least on up to your mistake and fix the problem, but they didn’t! So I had to get my truck fixed again and have more front and work done to it but I was not going back to them to let them touch my vehicle. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!"

"50 dollar alignment for a 4x4 leveled truck!!! These guys are great. I was greeted by Mario in the parking lot, who explained every step and cost to me without me needing to ask. He even explained how the alignment worked!These guys are all very polite and professional. Not to mention outside tables and chairs and inside comfy couches to wait! These guys can get my business any day of the week."
