"I asked that my hair to be cut and colored. The cut was fine however I asked for blond with blond highlights. I got light brown and after I left my daughter said I had stripes on the back of my hair. She took a picture of it and showed to me. Looks like brown tiger stripes. Never ever going back. Im now stuck with stripes on the back of my head. Sarah was who said when I walked in I’ll be happy to do it. Now I know why she didn’t show me the back. Honestly I would expect an apology and a full refund."
