"The worst dentist office ever! It's worse than buying a car or sitting through a timeshare presentation. They tried selling me all this extra stuff and when I denied the extras they got butt hurt and then they bring the dentist in to try to resell you on the extra services. When I politely declined the deep cleaning the hygienist came back and said I can't give perform a normal cleaning because it would take too long. I then said well screw it I will pay for the extra deep clean. I've already taken off work and I want a routine cleaning but I said this will be the last time I come to this office. (Because I felt I was being ripped off) So when I said this, I don't think she liked that very much. So the hygienist comes back to me and says that I will have to reschedule because it will take longer. So now I wasted one of my Dentist visits for the year and have to wait another six months until I can make another appointment and get my teeth cleaned. Let me also remind you that it has been just over a year since I've been to the dentist. They acted like I came straight out the jungle and have never seen a dentist before. What's funny is last time I visited them it had be a longer period of time before getting a cleaning. They didn't say anything then because they just opened and I was new customer and didn't have insurance at the time so I was paying cash. Probably promoted the extras since I had insurance this time. Stay away!"
