"Over the past 4 years I have been a patient of Dr Alexander-Varghese at Rayford Modern dentistry. My experience there has always been exceptionally good, with excellent care in a friendly and professional environment. My care has consisted of routine cleanings and checkups, with an occasional filling and replacing a broken crown. After a period of monitoring some old fillings in my front 2 teeth, Dr Alexander-Varghese suggested it was time to consider restoring these using veneers. The age of my teeth and the old fillings had become a risk factor for broken teeth, and a bigger problem, in the future. I appreciate her clinical judgment, and a desire not to be unnecessarily aggressive regarding this type of treatment. She has the highest integrity and makes recommendations as if you were a close friend or family member. Today I had veneers fitted on my two front teeth and the result is amazing! The single visit procedure was flawless, with perfect color, function, and comfort! There are many good dentists, however my result today demonstrates to me that Dr Alexander-Varghese is truly exceptional! "Something is wrong with this place. Everyone I know is getting double billed, then can’t get any information on work that was done. My dentist is not even there anymore. So that means I have to track her down. Had a three payment plan, that I paid off in two payments. Zero balance from THERE last bill. Two months later I owe them $580, then $600, now $649 that went to collections. Then it’s pass my cleaning time, and I’m afraid it’s going too cost triple, so not worth going in. This started about 5 months ago. Last it’s funny how great reviews come after a complaint, with owners praising it. Just a retired tech person."
