"I received a botched crown from these people in July of last year and they are still refusing to refund my money back for it. Every time I go in and request an update on the refund I'm given shoulders and "I'll have to call when someone is at the office. I am getting ready to turn them over to my credit card company for failure to provide services they charged for. The dentist here was okay at first but after sitting through 3 hours of what I could only describe as torture because my tooth wouldn't go numb I'd warn people away from this place."

"If you like waiting for 1hr + just to be seen although you have an appointment this is the place to go. Definitely looking for a new dental location for my son. Front office and dental assistants argue in-front of clients , unprofessional."

"Update: I went by the office two more times to get this fixed. Apparently they didn't apply a payment I made to my account over a year ago. It was supposed to be fixed. Yet, I am still receiving letters that I owe money that are dated after their mistake was supposed to be fixed, and it has been confirmed that they made a mistake and I owe nothing. This company loves to waste people's time and paper. The office staff was very nice, but the people who made the appointment scheduled services for days they could not be preformed. I spent 6+ hours here twice due to over booking, and my appointments were rescheduled a couple times due incorrect booking and lack of staff. I paid in full at every appointment, but I still received bills in the mail. I confirmed with them that they had all been paid. Yet, now I'm being called by debt collectors despite not owing anything. They also called again and again to get me to schedule another appointment, even though I stated I didn't want to return due to poor scheduling practices and constant bills that I already paid. When I asked to be removed from their calling list, they told me that they were working on and had me wait on the line for at least 15 minutes for some unknown reason. I ended up just hanging up because they gave no reason I needed to continue to be on the line. In short, the staff at the location is good, but everything else is awful."

"Went in to have my tooth pulled and start an implant. Was originally told it would cost me out of pocket just over $1100 but I could get financed. Nothing wrong with my bones or jaw and the dentist supposedly had to put extra material to “lift” the implant? I have had an implant done before and my out of pocket cost was less than $300!! So total cost once all was said and done was over $2k. I can’t really go back in and say take it out! I feel they over charge and don’t tell their patients everything!! Look elsewhere for dental care!"

"My husband booked an appointment here well in advance for a 9 am dental cleaning. When he arrived, it took them almost 2 hours to even load him in an exam room and take X-rays of his mouth. After his X-rays they asked him to come back at 3pm to do his cleaning, due to being overbooked for the day. My husband took the day off to get this done. When he arrived back at 3 pm he waited for over an hour and they still hadn’t started his cleaning and they closed at 5 pm! He ended up walking out. Absolutely do not visit this location. Horrible time management. I called to speak to someone regarding this and I couldn’t even get through on their phone lines! I guess I’ll just blast my complaint to every platform I can think of instead."
