"I'm back to edit my review. overall it's a good facility but has drawbacks. Facility and Room: 5/5: nice clean room with a lot of cute designs for baby. Stuff, front-desk: 5/5 friendly and patient. Dental assistant, Nurse: 4/5, especially the lady who advised me on baby teeth cleaning, she showed me how to do it effective and correctly! Her name I remember starts with 'K', truly appreciate! Doctor: 3/5: the Doctor is ok, friendly and no pushing, but he recommended to put crowns on all teeth that has holes (big or small), under anesthesia, put baby in sleep. it's too much for young baby under 4 years old; it's over-treatment. The process of billing is transparent. A special nice thing- a TV embedded in the ceiling so kids can watch cartoon/movies during the procedure when are on dental chair! it's Very considerate. My baby is calm, relaxed during the whole visit, he joyfully runs into every corner in the hallway or waiting room, the stuff shows understanding and very friendly. Upload pictures in my visit. "I usually don't write reviews, but the team here won't provide you complete information, especially on billing/cost. When we visisted them they had my insurance and after running through insurance they said the treatment for my kid Sealants are covered by insurance and out of pocket is going to be XX and then I paid the out of pocket expenses, after 6 months when I visited them for next visit for my kid they said I got a balance of $750+ and asked me to clear that, when I asked why is there a balance on my account they said sealants are not covered by your insurance, and they didn't provided proper answer for why they didn't told me this before treatment or in the last 6 months, they don't have answer for that. I asked please have the checkup done for this visit and we can work on the balance amount they said they cannot do checkup with clearing the balance. they never send me a bill or never called me to check on the balance, even during followup visit schedule after 6 month, they didn't told I have balance on my account. Its upon clinic visit they are saying I have balance and resisted to provide checkup. Better to stay away from these people."

"Brought my almost 2 year old for his first cleaning and I’m very pleasantly surprised. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out was so nice to my son. Dr Ramos did great with him. Having someone’s hands in his mouth and getting a cleaning wasn’t his favorite (as expected) but they gave him a sticker and a token for a prize at checkout! I also got to hold his hands and have his legs wrapped around me while they did the cleaning/exam so I appreciated being part of it, I know it made him feel a little bit more comfortable. Highly recommend for kiddos first time & will continue his dental care here"

"Victoria was so great with my 3-year-old! She did her X-rays and cleaned her teeth. She explained everything before she did it, so my daughter wouldn’t be scared. She was wonderful! Dr. Ramos was also very friendly and thorough. Overall, a great experience for my daughter and I."
