"Cody was absolutely the best nail tech I have ever had!! I have been in nail salons from Hawaii all the way to the east coast of the US & I know that seems a little exaggerated, but I couldn't be more sincere!! From the time I walked in the door at 6:35pm, them closing just 25 mins later, he was awesome!! Not only did he take his time, he also made it a point to engage with me! The only thing I was a little discouraged about was the pricing. They are almost double the cost of the one other option in the small town I live in, but with that being said, I would pay it 10 times over for the experience & the outcome!! To say I am pleased is an understatement!! Definitely recommend!!"

"I am very understanding with cosmetologists, beings I am one. However, this location was absolutely horrible. We took my niece for her fifth birthday. The male nail tech who did my aunts nails completely disregarded what she asked for and then yelled no at her when she told him there was bubbles in her nail. I had him fix a broken nail for me. When he was picking out the colors to match, I informed him that they were completely different colors than what I had on the others. He then yelled no at me as well, proceeded to do it. Afterwards I showed him side by side and told him they looked completely different. He yelled no at me again and refused to change it, but charged me $10 for something incorrect. The female nail tech refused to do the colors my niece asked for then when we told her she had to use the bathroom and couldn’t hold it, she chuckled and began painting her nails, even after we told her she would owe herself. She then skipped my pedicure to do someone who came in over half an hour after me. Terrible experience. Zero stars. Extremely rude staff. They won’t do anything you ask for."
