The front desk staff were so friendly from the moment of phone call to the office visit for consult, to the day of my procedure. The dental assistants were all knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I enjoyed my conversations with each, and it was never awkward despite how anxious I clearly was. Everyone at this location walks you through verbally as they do things so you're comfortable and not confused. With my high level of anxiety over previous dental trauma, this open communication helped a lot! Now, the most important part. Dr. Kaiser is literally the best dentist (endodontist) I have ever seen. He's incredibly thorough, detailed in explanations, and also in exploring alternatives for the painful and emotional journey that is dental work. I needed a root canal in an area that I had trauma in since I was a teenager and had been told so many horror stories and experienced pain for years but put off the work because it seemed so complicated. Dr. Kaiser took x-rays and right away told me I had an option I had never been presented! He offered a root canal where others had told me I needed extraction, implants, complicated surgery, etc. He said the root canal was possible and only failing that wpukd we need to look at other comee complicated options. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it could be so simple. The procedure was fast, painless, and clean! Dr. Kaiser applied the novacain painlessly, and with the nitrous, my anxiety was comfortably managed. The set-up during the procedure kept me from choking and there was zero debris in my mouth or going down my throat! I've had other root canals in the last few years and this was NIGHT AND DAY! I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Kaiser and am so thankful they helped me make my end-of-year deadline to use my FSA! I will recommend anyone needing a root canal here! Thank you!"
