"I paid for services at the time of my procedure. They texted me 3 months later with a new (much larger) payment amount. I have tried calling their collections department several times with no answer or returned call. Now their texts are threatening me with collections and ruined credit score. Nice dentist. Terrible back office."

"Best care ever! Dr. Isabel hands are like angel’s hands. I went there for root canal treatment and it didn’t hurt at all. Truly a dental cleaning would be more painful than that. She is very kind and professional. I am so grateful I read the reviews on google and decided to go. Before Dr. Isabel I had years and years going trough tooth pain even when I had a crown and “tooth fixed” but my general dentist insisted that it was nothing and only recommended to use to sensodine. When I meet Dr Isabel she discovered that I had a massive infection going on for years. I am so grateful I found her. Thank you for saving me. Although the billing department sucks and are negligent, worse ever. I can see why I am not the only one complaining now. I hate to do this, but after 10 months they sent me a text message in September 2023 telling me that I didn’t pay $839 in my last visit and that I have to click in a “link “ to make an one time payment for that amount of money. After that, I did call to the office and they told me that the practice was sold and they didn’t have to do anything with that. After that, I called several times the phone number provided and the answering machine was the only one to care. Recently 3 days ago, I did receive a letter telling me that they are going to send the bill to collections. As you might think I did call again 10 times and my husband emailed them, but nothing back. I have evidence of all. It does not matter if you can call them with good attitude or bad attitude ad they don’t care. My real frustration here is that they say that I owe them money but I did never receive a bill from them until now. My last visit according to my credit card statement was December 1st and I have records of my last visit as well and the quote given. Unfortunately they posted the last bill December 2nd, 2022 and I was not notified of that and now they are going to ruin my credit score because they never sent me a bill that I could have paid earlier if they were not negligent to do their job. How hard it can be to do that? I am just grateful they don’t run a hospital with more patients because we would get their bills 100 years after. My second point is, if you are sending those bills at least have the decency to pick up the phone or return the phone call, better yet I know what would be your answer after this, we sent you a bill for 10 months 10 times…. My answer is what are the chances that the bill got to the wrong address every time or to junk mail? Better yet… you got my phone number for now, but not before ? My third point is why your negligence and carelessness have to affect me now , and why I have to be put in this situation to call your attention, why my credit score have to be ruin because of your lack of professional service. Why I have to call Texas Dental Board to complain. Why your negligence has to run over me. I can go over for longer if you like, but since the practice was sold I have no reason to believe that this is a scammer or the right person to pay and I have not reason to believe that the issue would have a final resolution ones and for all. So, yes send me a statement if you don’t want to deal with me with the explanation of everything and the options to pay in quotes, because now I don’t have the same available financial disposition than before. Save your time telling me to call you, I’ve been patient enough."

"Received a bill for services and for the exact amount I paid in full at the time of service. My visit was over a year ago. It is incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone at this office regardless of the phone numbers they provide to be contacted at. Do not do business with them."

"The whole office staff was very friendly. Dr. Iglesias is very knowledgeable and keeps the patient's best interest at heart. Although I didn't need to get a root canal i am sure the process would have been very stress free."

"I came in needing two root canals on teeth that were causing pain. The team was incredibly kind and professional. They got me in right away. Both the dentist and dental tech were amazing at their jobs and made sure constantly that I was doing ok and was in absolutely no pain. Could not have asked for a better team. I usually am not the type to leave a review but I have extreme dental anxiety and the way they handled the whole process was WAY better than any experience I’ve had before."
