"The actual dentist did a descent job. I did have an over hour wait despite arriving on time. I paid them in full what they said would be my total amount due with my insurance. I received a EOB from my insurance stating I should have paid over $200 less so instead the dental company, Bright Healthcare, sent me a bill for an additional $150. I called and was only able to get someone at the actual practice once. She agreed I had paid in full and would have the unwarranted $150 removed. Instead of this being done, I kept getting bills which I would call and only get an answering machine or someone from a call center who could only relay a message. Today I get this unwarranted bill from a collection agency. I used Fairfield Dental for years but I am switching due to their poor handling of this. I have called over 50 times since the lady at the office agreed I had paid in full and would have it removed, but nothing was done on their part to correct this and no one ever answers at the office directly. I won’t pay a bill I don’t owe. And in fact, according to the insurance, I am due a refund."

"The staff was courteous & wonderful! As we as Dr. Gilbert! He explained everything and why I needed the upcoming dental work! Very FRIENDLY, he wasn't in a rush to get me out of the chair like so many in this profession are quick to do. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends & family!!!!"

"I got a referral from the VA to get dental work done here. I called two weeks ago they said they would get back to me and never got back to me. I call this past Friday and they say the office that needs to schedule the appointment isn't open and to call Monday. I call Monday and they say they are at lunch to call back in 15 min. I call back then this employee says the office is closed Monday. So as of right now they are getting a one star review because I'm just getting the run around and false information every time I call. I will update the review of the dental care is good once I receive it but they really need to get their customer service procedures in order because it is horrible."

"This has by far been one of the best dental experiences I have had, from the time I walked in, until I left. Ms. Laquita was very funny and she helped me understand what my insurance offered and what they didn't. She explained in detail and went as far as giving me a printout. She was great. Ms. Isabel was a total sweetheart and explained everything and was very gentle. I felt vert comfortable with her. Ms. Crystal was awesome as well, while she was looking at my teeth and using her tools, not once did she nick me or hurt me in any way. She also explained what she was doing and was very kind. The doctor, even though I did not get her name, was very very sweet and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Ms. Anna, even though I did not have an interaction with her smile was very warming. These young ladies are exceptional and are very good at their job."
