"Worst mechanic shop DO NOT COME HERE! These people stole AirPods out my vehicle, while my vehicle was in their shop it got broken into and they caused more damages on my car, Had my vehicle for almost 3 months and when they tried to give it back everything was sloppy it’s like they scammed my insurance out of money and slapped everything together in a day. Paint job was only done on one side of the bumper it was installed poorly and not aligned correctly with the fender to a point where my door would snap every time it opened. On top of that when I complained and made them go back to do it correctly they keep my car a additional month and when I got it back I noticed they had put over 1100 miles on my vehicle as if they were driving it for personal use! Also they messed up an important part on my vehicle, I took it to Range Rover and they told me the shop sealed the part onto my car instead of installing it correctly. This shop is a scam! Bad business all around! They are lucky if I don’t Pursue a lawsuit I have paperwork, pictures and text messages to back everything up!"

"My daughter called me in tears ...she was told by Discount Tires that one of her wheels was bent and needed to be replaced. A horrible vibration was occuring on the steering wheel as she drove. Replacing the wheel would have meant that all 4 wheels had to be replaced since the wheels were after market Limited Edition, and Discontinued. The wheels were on the vehicle when she purchased it. She searched all over the city to try to find "one wheel" to replace the bent one. Having gone to at least eight different places as well as several Junk Yards she finally found "Steve" at Gaines Speed Auto LLC, who rebalanced all four wheels and found nothing wrong. "Both me and my husband's car was brought in for service. I liked that they had financing options like Snap Finance, that allowed us to get the things we needed upfront. Talking in person was ideal, they communicated and dealing with Steve directly was most helpful. Plan ahead for car maintenence, if you have a major car repair be realistic with the time frame, it may not be able to be completed the same day, but a nice working vehicle is always worth it! I'm satisfied with my service!"
