"They are the kindest dental office I have eveeer been to! I appreciate their patience and kindness. I’m actually really spoiled by them. Not only do they take their time with you, the doctors thoroughly explain your treatment plan. They always give all the information they can to help me move forward. They even offer me water and a blanket which is a personable touch. They continuously check on you the entire visit and don’t just leave you sitting in a room. I love the brightness of the office and the energy. Everyone smiles and is very polite."

"Dr. Zhu had excellent bed side manner and took time to ensure we had full understanding of our daughter's procedure. He was able to explain the technical aspects of our daughter's procedure while ensuring that we fully understood what was needed. We expected the procedure to take much longer but was completed in quick time with excellent results. Our daughter recovered quickly and without issue. Highly recommend Dr. Zhu for his skill and teh way he treats his patients."

"Whatever you do, do not see the oral surgeon Dr Wansheng Zhu DDS! This guy is a barbarian! He pulled my tooth and refuses to give me anything stonger than Tylenol and ibuprofen. Not to mention the patient room I was brought back to was disgusting. There were used Kleenex’s on the counters and the paper bib they put on me was left over packaging from their equipment and it look like it had been used on the patient before me. It was literally trash that they put around my neck! A clean bib couldn’t cost that much. His bed side manner was horrible and he smelt like he hadn’t showered in a week. Run away from that Dr. don’t walk you need to run! Update the bone graft and membrane he put in after he extracted the tooth has already come out. It lasted all of two days! I’m starting to have my doubts that he even used clean tools . What a disappointment. I’ve never felt so disrespected before as a patient. Pathetic!"

"My original review was 5 stars, that's no longer the case. I had a messed up dental implant placed at a different place and it's been a horrible experience. I went back to Spring Klein as they have been doing my cleanings. I mentioned my implant bothering me and I can't find anyone to take it out. I was told for legal reasons that I cannot ask them about what to do about the dental implant anymore. I've been waiting for over 6 months to get something in writing explaining that as she was the dentist I saw after the implant was placed. I cannot get legal counsel against the implant dentist without Dr. Mai's written statement as to why she cannot fix my dental implant issues. Unfortunately she continues to decline to write the statement and now it's been almost 7 months and no lawyer will take my case without that written statement. I was told by Dr. Mai yesterday that due to legal reasons, the only thing she can do for me is my cleanings. Her office has called and was supposed to give me the information for their legal department but instead told me they could not help me. So I said this basically sounded like I'm SOL and need to find a new dentist. The staff basically agreed and then shortly after I was hit with TWO bills for my x-rays and cleanings that are covered 100% by Delta Dental. 6 months ago I had the same procedure done and owed no balance, but now I have a balance for Dr. Mai and someone labeled House Provider. I don't know if this was a mistake or some form of retaliation at this point. I have to wait for Delta Dental to get the explanation of benefits done because until that's ready they cannot investigate this issue. I really loved going to Spring Klein Dentistry and greatly appreciated the way they treated me as someone who is on disability and understood paying for dental work is a real strain on me. But that is no longer the case with them and it's really stressful trying to find someone willing to work with you financially like that but God willing I can find a dentist who cares about their patients more than how much money they can make off them."

"Beyond amazing experience! I was extremely nervous about getting a cavity removed/filled as I have never had one before. I hate the sound of the drills so the whole idea just scared me. The team was super nice, supportive, and checked in on me multiple times. I opted for nitrous gas to help with my anxiety and mannnnnnnn I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Overall, I had an amazing experience and HIGHLY recommend this office!"
