"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. My sister started a treatment plan and we paid the full amount of $9000 upfront. We made sure to verify the charges multiple times with the front desk, both over the phone and in person, to ensure there were no surprises. However, when we went in for our appointment today, we were told that we still owed an additional $1100 to continue the treatment. When we questioned this unexpected charge, we were told by the doctor that the previous receptionist who had given us the information no longer worked there and may have provided us with incorrect information and there is no recording to verify. I explained that the Dr.'s husband (also works in the reception) knew I have spoke to the other receptionist couple times regarding the charges. However, the Dr responded that he can't hear every word during our conversation before. I find it completely unacceptable that we are being held responsible for their staff's mistake. This lack of accountability and transparency has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would advise others to steer clear of this dental office. The miscommunication and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff is truly disappointing."

"I have been Dr. Kan's patient since her days at the Fountain Lake office, for several years now. She has a good eye to catch problems early before they burgeon and fixes them as needed. She always explains the potential problem on the X-ray images so I can follow her reasoning. She explains the most likely scenarios and recommends a path forward but leaves the final decision to me. I can also say that she has a very light hand. My root canal felt no different than a regular filling. Overall a positive experience over the years."
