"We had a great time at this location yet again. We were welcomed and seated within a minute of stepping on. Our server Jessi was at our table and took our order within a minute. The food was delicious as usual. Minestrone soup is our all time favorite. Service by Jessi was great. The chocolate lasagna dessert was unbelievable. We ended, as usual with the mints and ate way more than we should have. Thanks for the great experience! Definitely visiting again!"

"Service was a huge let down. We really enjoyed the Shrimp Alfredo, Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno, Cheese Ravioli, Fried Calamari and Breadsticks at Olive Garden – each dish was flavorful and satisfying. However, the overall experience was compromised by subpar service. The restaurant seemed short-staffed, and our server was unpleasant, He checked on us infrequently and appeared to be in a bad mood. Despite the tasty food, the service was disappointing especially after we waited about 45-60 minutes to get a table. No one wants to celebrate special occasions with bad service."

"Nice Italian restaurant with a variety of pasta and Italian dishes. Calamari is good and cocktails are as well for the price. The lettuce in salad was alittle frostbite. Cream sauce on pasta was less than normal. Customer service was excellent. Not a place I will go to daily. Nice for those seeking special occasions on a budget. Nice for first date. Enjoy."

"The past couple of experiences here have been rough, but this one was the final straw.. Our server Kristen was somewhat impatient and impolite towards us. I understand a "customer service voice" but she was obviously forcing herself to smile among the fact that she noticeabley forgot about our party and instead had others tend to us instead. Now the icing on top was how we were seated in sight of the server service well and were able to overhear and see conversations between the staff. Many of which looked annoyed and were goofing around, touching their faces and hair, and even eating and drinking, including our server. Friendly reminder: Service is what you do for people. Hospitality is how you make people feel. The restaurant and food is not the service industry, its the hospitality industry if you expect returning guests and good tips. We did not feel good about this visit and past visits. So we will not be returning."

"Classic Italian-American fare with generous portions and friendly service. Emma was our server and she was excellent, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others."
