"This was extremely good. They had a lot of dishes and I went with crab stuffed shrimp. Nice breezy location in Rockwall next to a scenic area of Lake Ray Hubbard. Go for a stroll after you eat if the weather is nice."

"Let me first start by saying, that this situation could have easily been a simple error that would have never risen to the level of a review, but because of how the owner treated me my husband, and his worker here we are. We attempted to purchase some food about 30 minutes before the establishment closed and the order went through. The order was placed directly through the company's site and was confirmed with a time for pickup, that time was 9:48 pm since they closed at 10 pm. We arrived at 9:50p to find all the lights turned off. My husband knocked at the door because we had paid for the food and essentially wanted to know what next steps we had to take to either get the food we purchased or a refund. The owner/manager came to the door and spoke to my husband through the door to let him know that he would need to return the next day when they opened to receive a refund. We did so and the man that my husband had spoken to the night before was present, The restaurant was empty and there was also a young kid working and what looked to be someone who worked in the kitchen. Not sure of who was who we asked the kid if we could speak to the manager, the kid went to the back to get the manager, to which he did not come to the front. The kid returned and asked us what our issue was, we proceeded to explain what had happened to the kid. He went back to get his manager, the kid came back and was trying to work through our issue by apologizing and proceeding to tell us whatever site we went through we should request a refund from the third party. I explained to the kid we did not purchase through a third party it was through their direct site. The manager came to the front and did not say anything and proceeded to put his head down and take things from the counter. The kid calls the manager's name seconds before the manager leaves the front, but the manager/ owner keeps ignoring his worker and walks to the back. The kid follows behind the owner and comes back. I ask the kid, if the company uses a third party to take their orders, and the kid answers yes. I said okay I will look into this since I am unable to get anything done by the man that's in charge, the kid then continued to apologize to which we said he didn't need to apologize it's not his fault he can only do so much. The kid then proceeds to vent about how frustrating it is to him that the owner would not man up and come out from the back to address his customer's concerns, but instead keeps sending him out with minimum information at best. If the kid sees this review, there are companies out there that practice better customer service and treat their young employees better. You didn't deserve that. It is unfortunate to say, but I do believe this is racially motivated. We are a proud black family that's been in the Frisco area for over 8 years, it does not matter where we go we have always been treated with decency and respect from all racists up until this point. I believe if a Caucasian person had walked in, the owner would have been all too happy to address their concerns, I will never return to this place, and I highly do not recommend it from the standpoint of if you spend your money sure the food might be great, but if you have an issue and it concerns money, you would be treated differently depending on the color of your skin."

"If I could give no stars I would. The food is horrible. Our server was on the floor alone his second day. Poor kid couldn’t answer our questions about the menu. Ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it came out soggy and unseasoned. I asked for a salad and they brought me old salad. Literally the lettuce was brown. My husband and I decided to cancel our entrees and the manager caught an attitude and would not take the salad or the horrible drink he made (that I did not drink) off the tab. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and rarely share them but these guys are extremely unprofessional and rude."

"Highly recommend it! We drove 42 minutes across town to get here and it was definitely worth it! The fresh baked bread is delicious. The food is absolutely authentic, the Alfredo is made with fresh herbs and garlic, best we've ever experienced. The staff never stopped working from the kitchen to the front staff everyone was great! You are missing out if you don't eat here!"
