"They get zero stars from my family. DO NOT TAKE YOU CHILD HERE. They don’t let the parents in. Knowing that they didn't let parents in I called a head of to I explained my son has bad anxiety before his appointment to have work done so I called to see if I could go in with him because if his anxiety they told me they would get me if anything would happen and needed to. 30 minutes into the appointment my son comes out in tears my husband goes to the back they said he freak out and wanted to go home they asked him if he wanted me but just said he wanted to go. my son says different. She said they used laughing gas on my son for 20 minutes but he kept taking off the mask because he was scared that whole time I was never informed about what was going on. my son was back there for 20 minutes or longer having a anxiety attack and no one came to get me. Then I was still charged 120.00 dollars for laughing gas that was not properly used on my child. I have called and emailed but still no reply from this very unprofessional dentist."
"Was told that i couldn't go in with my 6 year old in the back nor my 3 year old son. When I know for a fact that sometimes they leave you sitting in the room for up to 30 minutes before they actually come in to see you not happening not leaving my kids anywhere unattended with people I don't know lol what are you hiding that your trying to eliminate the parents rights to be privy to there child's health care happened 06/15/23"
"I would like to say first I thought it was the best place to go but as of today I no longer think so. My daughter and I have been going there for awhile. I realize today that I have not received a phone call from them to remind me to get our teeth cleaned. When I called they said they will not see me anymore for a tooth filling I got before and didn’t pay. I have insurance and I pay every time I leave there. She said my insurance didn’t cover it. When I asked how much so I can pay she said she didn’t know it was sent to collection and to check my credit report. I asked why they didn’t call me to tell me since they always call to remind of appt and cleaning. She said it was sent by mail. I am not good at opening mail and all my utility bills is paperless so most likely I get a bunch of junk mail and I don’t bother to open them. A simple phone call and they would’ve had there money. They make you feel unwanted and they try to talk to you like they are being nice but the body language tell you different. My daughter is in college right now for dental hygienist and one thing for sure she will not for them. Very disappointed on how I was treated."
"So let me start off by saying that i have used this dentist since my oldest son was 6 months old and he is currently five.. I have never had a problem going in with him or his brother who is 3 and autistic until this morning. I got a call to confirm the appointment and they told me that i cannot go back with my kids at this appointment now mind you i just last year went in with both boys for cleanings, xrays, and exam. The woman told me this is just protocol and when i explained that my youngest was autistic it did not matter. This place must not understand the world today. If you think im gonna let my non verbal autistic child walk through a door that i cant get behind unless im buzzed in your out of your mind. I wont even do that with my oldest. The place has already given me a weird vibe since they cannot keep a constant dentist. What is done with children behind closed doors is unacceptable and i will not put my children at that risk. I don't believe any parent would. I do not accept the use of fluoride and i believe that's why there trying to keep me out or at least i hope. I just wanna put out there that this isn't correct. There is no reason what so ever for a child especially this young to be without a parent for any procedure. Im giving the one star and will never darken that doorstep with my shadow again..."
