"The front desk, hygienist, and assistants are all so nice. It’s very affordable with insurance. However, I felt the doctor who worked on my teeth was extremely rough. It felt intentional. I have been going to the dentist since I was 14. I’ve had fillings, root canals, my right wisdom teeth pulled, and an implant. And I have never experienced anything like what I experienced today. At first it was just her pressing my lip in to my teeth roughly and knocking my teeth with her metal instruments. Then she started leaning on my face and not only pushed my cheek back but squeezed it so hard it felt like it was as hard as she could and was extremely painful(the most painful part of the entire procedure). I think she was mad I didn't want to get my left wisdom teeth pulled. Her assistant left for a moment and I was honestly fearful she was going to cause more pain with no one watching. I’m a passive person I did tell her it hurt and she lightened up but did not stop being aggressive."

"My Wife and I recently got our teeth cleaned here and we had an Incredible experience at Buffalo Valley Dental. Everyone was very friendly/welcoming from the time we walked. I'm not sure how she spells her name, but both of us had "Mckayla" as our dental hygienist and she did a great Job cleaning our teeth and made us feel very comfortable. She explained everything to us and the dentist herself was very friendly as well. We will absolutely be returning here for our Dental work in the future. 5 STARS!"
