"Please do not go to this place! I went in to get a regular exam in Aug 26. I waited for 1.5 hours to get the X ray and evaluation. At that time, I had a feeling that this place would be the worst dentist I ever been and I should have left before I got the treatment, but I didn’t. The dentist told me that I had three cavities and recommended me to get a treatment. The estimate for the cavity treatment was $50. I went back on Sep 9 to get the treatment and cleaning. The hygienist recommended me to get a deep cleaning, so I asked the estimate. The front office told me that I only owe $50 with my insurance. I confirmed twice to make sure that my insurance covers the cost and she said yes, so I decided to get the cleaning. After few months, I received the bill from this dentist for $ 600. When I compared their charge and insurance coverage, it didn’t not make sense, so I went to the dental office for explanation. They told me to call insurance and claim department. I have already called three times, but was told that they would look into it and call me back. I am still waiting for the call and not sure if they ever call me back. Please if you have a choice, go to other honest dentist."

"Came in for an abscess tooth while traveling. Went in assuming my Medicaid from out of state would not be accepted but the basic exam was very affordable. A very kind, patient, and caring team all around. I was in too much pain to remember any names, unfortunately. But every member I interacted with was amazing. From the front desk, one of which was actively training, to the sweet rad tech (hope that’s the proper terminology) to the two doctors who took the time to go through options to relieve my pain while I was traveling. There were even staff members who popped into my room to check on me while I waited. I’m so grateful you all made it my visit easy and quick. It truly helped turn around my otherwise painful first trip to Texas!"
