"Dr. Justin Gonzalez filed a claim for my mothers partials on the preparation date 5/30/22 instead of the seat date (when a patient walks with them); On top of that the first time she actually went to the office for the first fitting was on 7/26/22. Provider sent them back for adjustment, then Provider sent them back for another adjustment on 8/10/22 then she returned to the office on 8/16/22 for another fitting which the pain was so unbearable because he pressed them in her gums. She lost all trust in Dr. Gonzalez because of his temper, attitude, and lack of empathy. He is so desperate to keep the $1451.00 my mother's insurance paid out that he attacks my mother's character to her insurance saying that she is showing signs of Dementia! He's avoiding to correct the claim and send back the money to my mothers insurance. In other words, the partials were NEVER sat in her mouth, She NEVER walked out with the partials, NOT Once. Im filing grievances, complaints, to Quality Care to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and ADA (American Dental Association). He should not be able to treat patients elderly or young this way, and continue to submit claims early to get a quick insurance check for partials that never were sat in my mother's mouth. IMO this the life he chose he takes the good with the bad, if it doesn't work out do the right thing and create a corrected claim to the insurance to remove history and return the money, don't act like a 3rd world dentist and attack someone to avoid the correction. This Office is Foul."

"Worst dentist ever. All he cares about is flirting with his staff. Completely ignored my request for an implant and ruined my front teeth just so he can do a stupid bridge. Didn't pay attention when he cemented it in so now I have to go to another doctor to get it fixed. NEVER GO HERE."

"Dr g put me a new smile in staff was very friendly nice and clean got me in and out I hate going to the dentist I’m very difficult to work on I breathe through my mouth he was very patient with me If ur like me and u feel like you hate the dentist try this one just explain to him ur difficult and he will work with you plus the price was good he worked with me on my schedule thanks to the lady behind the desk for putting up with my difficult schedule and getting me done fast"

"Most shady Dentist in San Antonio. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Dr. GonzalAss said he would take out my non impacted wisdom tooth. Then, when I refused to get an implant or a bridge, he, Magically, couldn't do the extraction because "it would be too much pain". Funny how he didn't think of the pain involved when he thought he was gonna bleed several hundred dollars of my hard earned money from me. I did not fall for it. His lackeys he has for staff only perpetuated the lack of scruples. I guess when you have a lawyer for a spouse you can be full of yourself beyond human capability."
