"What is the story with the office manager? I can't tell if she doesn't care, doesn't know what she is doing, is too out of it, or a combination of all three. I've called multiple times to schedule an appointment. The first time she was so confused that I had to ask to speak to someone else. He made me an appointment. I called back to reschedule and she moved the appointment, again with more confusion. When I called the day of to confirm, the same old lady says that they "never make appointments on Fridays" which I responded that SHE was the one who made the appointment. She was belligerent and wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else including the dentist. I left a message for the dentist to call me back, but that was over two weeks ago. Dr. Davis, your front office staff is a representative of your operation. If they are any indication of the quality of work you provide I am grateful that this woman lost my appointment."

"I really wanted to like this dentist. There are just too many issues with disorganization and running smoothly. My last appointment, I was scheduled at 4 pm and was not brought into a room until almost 6 pm. I have extreme dental anxiety so being forced to sit and listen to all the dental drills and sounds for 2 hours quite literally put my blood pressure through the roof. When I was supposed to have my crown appointment, they cancelled day of for emergency and told me they would call me back to reschedule. 8 days passed, I had not received a call so I called them and they wanted to push me out 6 weeks for an exposed tooth, when they were the ones who cancelled my appointment. The people working the front desk are very disorganized. Save yourself a headache and find a more organized dental office."

"I have never had a better dentist. Dr. Davis is very straight forward about what needs to be done. She has asked me what I want done next based off a pain scale. My mouth is a work in progress and she has been working on me slowly. She won’t take a tooth out unless it absolutely has to be taken. She saves pearly whites from day one. I recommend her for anyone needing a check up to getting a tooth canal/extraction/fillings. She does things as painlessly as possible. So never afraid to go back."
