"My mother spent over $1000 dollars out of pocket and used her insurance just to get scammed by Dr. Canales! All my mom’s teeth were pulled out so that she could get dentures. My mom can’t even use the dentures because they were molded incorrectly! Every time she tries to put them on they don’t stay in place! Ms. Canales told my mom that the dentures are not guaranteed. My mom tried going back to get them refitted however, they told her there was nothing they could do since the dentures were too thin to fix!!"

"I’ve always thought this was the neatest-looking dentist’s office, like something you’d see in Palm Springs!"

"This dental office is amazing. The staff and dentist are all so nice and friendly, I went in as a walk in, in so much pain and they understood and were very gentle with me. The price for my examination was a good price compared to other places. Big Thanks to this Dental Office for making me feel comfortable today!!!"

"Waste of time coming here. When I made the appointment I could not have been clearer about my extreme anxiety and PTSD level at the dentist and need for oral sedation, which has been proven highly successful since a rollover accident that left me fearful of having anything in my face which causes me to feel entrapped. Nitrous alone doesn't work. "Come on in" they say. "We do oral sedation." What a joke! They have me spend 2 hours trying to do an exam I already told them that, historically, needed halcyon sedation to complete but they kept trying until my blood pressure was 195/105 .. To end up referring me to a surgeon for IV sedation (which my insurance doesn't cover) instead of just doing the proven effective oral sedation with halcyon. Waste of time. Would not recommend this office. If they couldn't handle it, they should have said that when I called and explained things before I set the damn appointment instead of wasting my time. There are plenty of dentists who know how to handle extremely fearful patients.just be up front about your inability to not handle such a client."
