"These offices will completely spam you with text messages, calls, and emails to book another appointment with them. I’ve already told them not to call me and that I’ve gone somewhere else. When I was with smiley dental they lied to us that the dentist was covered in our insurance network and he wasn’t. Had to go to three different locations of their offices because no dentist knew how to do a root canal. Do not go here at all."

"Every time they scheduled me for an appointment I sat and waited in the waiting room for an hour. EVERY TIME. So why schedule people at 2 if they don’t get called to back an hour later? That’s ridiculous! When they put a part in for my braces they never explain for how long or what the part is for they just do what they have to do then schedule you for your next appointment they never fully explain or give you details on what procedures they are doing or what they will do next. But yet they are ALWAYS quick to ask when you are making your payment. Front desk ladies are rude especially when asking about payments I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for first time people getting braces as myself."

"I thoroughly enjoy going to Smiley Dental. Dr Dolbik and his staff are very professional and do excellent work. An added bonus is that the building has a covered parking garage with easy access to the office."

"The office staff is nice but wait time is extremely long. I have visited this office twice in the last three months. Each time I have left without having any services because of the wait time. I have zero patience and I expect an efficiently run office. There is no way this office can run efficiently if you are overbooking patients and just sitting them in a dental chair. I will not return to this office nor will I recommend anyone. I have wasted 4 hours of my time that I can never get back."

"If I could give negative stars I would. We ended up with this orthodontic provider due to buy outs with our original group. My sons braces were removed and we needed another retainer less than one year due to cracking of his retainer. That’s how poorly made it was. He wore his retainer as directed and still was developing a gap. Weird right! Due to cracked retainer, I Called the office to get a replacement and no molds available. Who the heck throws out molds less than one year. Needless to say I now have spent another $3000 out of pocket for repeat braces with a much better provider who saves molds AND gives you a mold to have as well. Wish I never would have completed treatment here. Save your time and effort when it comes to orthodontic care."
