"Dr. Biel is amazing we been at his office for almost 10+ years however the Front office needs to learn how they treat and respond to patients. The front office Mary and the other girl sound stressed and unhappy they were both really rude when trying to figure out an invoice we got. Don’t work on costumer service if you don’t know how to manage problems, I called because they send a bill that should have been cover 100% by the insurance to find out that they are submitting the claim to the wrong insurance when I try to give the right insurance she hang up on me and don’t answer the phone anymore she realize she was wrong about the information she was giving me and that is why she didn’t answer the phone anymore. I was trying to give them the right insurance and she told me that that’s not her job to check insurances. I am already looking around for another dental office as I don't feel Canyon front office values their customers. It is sad, because we love our dr. But the front offices sets the vibe of the place and they are incredibly rude."
