He ran from the chair and she rudely said "are you the parent or is he?" She then proceeded to jam the dental instrument into his mouth as he didn't want to open it for her. The only positive experience we received that day was from the assistant who was very nice towards him and explained exactly what she was doing so he wouldn't be scared. He had no problem opening his mouth for her to clean."
