"Avoid this dental practice! I left as a patient due to move in May of 2023 thinking my account was settled. Apparently in Sept of 2023 they determined I still owed $93. However, they never called me to notify me. Made the excuse they sent text messages, which my phone blocked as spam. Fast forward to today and they have $75 in late fees. That is almost 80% of the balance. This should be illegal."
"Went in for an implant and had been unsure of getting crowns done on my two front teeth. Dr. Heinkel was able to take my worries away to proceed with getting crowns. She did an amazing job on my temporaries can’t wait to see what they look like in 3 weeks. My implant went smooth as well. She took good care of me and explained everything step by step and making sure I was okay constantly. What I liked most was that she called me a couple days later just to check up on me. That was a new experience I never had a Dr. personally follow up before. Everyone there is amazing."
"It’s not convenient for me as it’s far from home, but I love all the employees as they are very sweet and helpful. They even held onto a jacket for me for over a year, seriously who does that anymore. But by far, Dr. Bryce Chandler is why I make the drive. He is Amazing, has a gentle hand, and explains everything. I can’t recommend him enough!"
