"Wow ! These people know what it means to care for people. Professionals all the way. They have it all. The personality, the brains, the skill required and integrity. The honest diagnosis, the treatment plan, with no hidden surprises, and price gouging is considered to be the unpardonable sin. The office and waiting area is modern and comfortable. There are snacks, coffee, magazines and a drink fridge with with bottled water. The check in counter is open and the staff is welcoming with beautiful smiles. Miss Cindi, Miss Jessica and Miss Leticia know how to say, “How are you today ?” and mean it. These ladies know their jobs. They can do it all..from appointments and reminders, to navigating the dental health networks. My dental hygienist, Miss Sama, wanted to get to know me and she wanted me to know her. We talked about ourselves before we started to talk about my dental health. Miss Sama is excellent. She is gentle but very through. Afterwards I felt that I needed a photo of me smiling with gleaming clean teeth. Dr. Wright is so patient. He listened to my tale of woe. He asked questions about my symptoms and about how I was handling the problem myself. He took time to examine each tooth. We discussed different treatments and decided on the best plan. On the day of my dental surgery, I was met by Miss Sabrina who has a beauty queen’s smile. She discussed my worries about the procedure and quickly put my mind at ease. She knows how to assist Dr. Wright. She can anticipate what is needed and what will probably be needed. Dr. Wright is so skilled that I fell asleep listening to the music of my choice. I remember Miss Sabrina’s gentle voice saying ,”We are all done.” The time had gone by quickly. I never felt any pain and the next day after I still have no pain. This has never happened to me. I can’t believe it. I am in awe of Dr. Wright and his staff. I know why the office is called Alamo City Smiles. It is because the staff have great smiles and patients leave the office with feeling happy with their great smiles."
