"Not a good place for dental appointments. During X-rays the guy had me gagging since he would place the piece of X-ray in my mouth without explaining what he was doing. Dental hygienist rude & tried to upsell cleaning for gingivitis. She walked off without any explanation. Stay away from this place."

"I've been with Lee Dental Centers since 2005. Exceptional care and treatment! This time I needed a crown. The dentist, assistant, and staff were very, very professional. I liked how the dentist and assistant worked together seamlessly during the procedure like they were telepathically communicating. It was fast, no pain, and they told me what was happening the whole way. Thanks Lee Dental!"

"This was a great visit. What I've learned is, to have a good experience and understanding of care... don't assume. This visit I asked all the questions I needed to assist in my preventive care. All my documents were waiting for me when my exam was done. I waited less than 15 min. In the waiting room. I left the office feeling good and not frustrated. "The dentist is very nice and very professional explained everything to the last detail. The hygienist is very nice knowledgeable, professional and explained everything with great detail. I would have love to continue my care there. However the only person I just got the worst interaction with was the lady in the front end . Her is Martha she have my treatment plan and I asked her how can I pay if I can pay every time I come in . She said yes but I have to leave a card on file. So I asked her if she had already contacted my insurance with the treatment plan and she said no this is only an estimate. Will I ask how do you know what the have or will pay if you haven't presented the insurance with a bill given the insurance diagnose or procedure code. She didn't like me questioning her. I guess Martha is used to stealing and overcharging patients. But fortunately for me Insurance billing is something I work in. So I am not going back. It seems Martha is used to fraudulent billing and charging pt . Martha also told me that I would have to wait 4 to 8 weeks while she got a amount of what the insurance will. But that was another lie I called my insurance and they advised that will take 72 hours. I did file a complaint with the insurance for this practice. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PERSON TO DO YOUR BILLING. OH ALSO BECAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN CAUSE MARTHA LIES AND SAYS YOUR SIGNATURE ON YHE TREATMENT PLAN IS SAYING YOU RECEIVED A COPY BUT THAT IS MOT TRUE. WHEN I REFUSED TO SIGN SHE DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO TAKE THE TREATMENT PLAN. WHO FIGURED"

"I’ve been going to Lee Dental for years now, and this location is phenomenal. They know my name, and now know my daughters name and treat us with exceptional care. Clare, my hygienist, is always so kind and considerate—and has the best sense of humor. The dental cleaning is always done before it begins it seems because I can talk to her just like I would a close girlfriend. They saw my daughter today for the first time, and she is only 15 months old and they were so gentle and sweet with her. They affirmed her good behavior with claps at the end of the appointment, gave her a goody bag with a tooth brush and stickers, and as always told us they looked forward to our next visit. I can’t say good enough things about this staff and location. If you’re looking for good care, look no further."
