"I needed a filling but I had to wait until my insurance approved it. The secretary said tht she would call me and let me know when they got approval. 3 months later and nothn... so I decided to call and they got the approval 2 months ago but didnt go thru their approvals to let me know because it was too much work. So pissed!! The dentist and tech is nice and thorough everytime I go... but if you are waiting for insurance approval for a procedure dont wait for them to call you because they wont. Call them so you wont be waiting forever."
