"The dentist is great, however it is NOT my favorite location at all. Also you must go between 9-11am if you want to be seen in a decent amount of time.Once its past that, your going to wait 3 hrs minimum because they constantly overbook and overload themselves. I had a visit to get my fill ins and a crown done. My appointment was at 1pm. I did not get to the back until 4 something and still had to wait 30 more minutes. I also was told after the fact that I was not going to get my fill ins done(that I had already paid for) mind you, it was confirmed that I could get it done just to be told never mind. They were very rude and nonchalant about the situation. Janelle is pretty nice, as for the rest of them, I am not even sure how they got the job. This was also the second time this happened to me within a month! Will NEVER set foot back in this location!"
