"I'm very disappointed. I scheduled a new patient consult for a painful wisdom tooth/possible extraction. Appt scheduled at 445PM I checked in at 430PM. I signed in on the clip board at the front desk since nobody was at the front desk. I was not acknowledged until 515PM but the Dentist and receptionist as the noticed me waiting in the lobby. Then asked if I was waiting on a ride and I stated I was there for an appointment and they told me I needed to reschedule my appointment. I told them no don't bother and I find this very unprofessional ad well as unacceptable given for the reason I was trying to be seen for. It was a waiste of my time, gas and patience."
