He explains every step during the processes so that thebkids and I understand. He gives the shots in a way they can't feel it and don't even flinch. The staff is wonderful! They help ease the kids stress and get them to cooperate and follow instructions to get the job done. All 4 of my kids come here. Very pleased and hoping to stay here until the kids need to move up.i can't say enough great things about this place. Dr. Hugo is my daughters favorite! Lol"
