"The hygienist broke my retainer because she was being rough while flossing and gave no apology or explanation as to what happened. She said it just “popped off” and that it was already loose. I’ve had my permanent retainer for 5+ years and I’ve never had an issue with it. They then tried to charge me for replacement and told me because I was “late” they couldn’t do it same day. Very frustrating and inconsiderate of their patients. This is not the first time my family and I have had issues with both the employees and the work done."
