From day one, Dr. Gies and his team understood my general fear of the dentist and he quickly realized where it came from when I told him some of my teeth had been in pain for over a year from a previous procedure performed by a different dentist. He explained the issues to me and gave me options for what I needed to do. Eventually the pain got too bad and I decided to finally follow through. He is a doctor that you can tell anything to, and he will completely listen and take your thoughts into consideration. He has performed 2 root canals and 2 wisdom teeth extractions on me and I experienced zero pain during those procedures and only general soreness for healing. "I have now had three appointments here. First a cleaning, an unexpected but needed root canal, and fillings on my right side. Lily did my cleaning and my other two were with Jessica and Dr. Gies of course. I have had the absolute best experience. Everyone listens to your concerns and they do everything to make it painless. If you have any discomfort Dr. Gies is quick to notice and check on you and give more anesthetic if needed. Every procedure has been performed with patience, awareness, and consideration of my well being. Watching Jessica and Dr. Gies hand off equipment during a procedure is like watching a well rehearsed dance. Jessica listened to concerns and answered all questions I had. Lily did a great painless cleaning and also answered all my questions. Both times I was provided with very clear billing and how my insurance would pay and what dates to make appointments etc. Do not hesitate to become a patient at this practice.
