"I went in to the office for my first visit and unfortunately, I had fractured the root of a molar. It wasn't comfortable, but I will say he was as gentle as he could be. I'd only had my wisdom teeth and one other tooth pulled to enable wearing adult braces. (Yes, it was worth it) this was just unfortunate circumstances. Thank you for the excellent care and I'll see you soon."

"I’m not one to see my dentist often but this one I have to say I don’t have a problem seeing more than once a year to take care of my teeth and have them looking and feeling great. The dentist and staff are amazing in that they sincerely do care about me and look out for my needs and issues I have. They don’t have a problem with me inquiring or asking questions unlike most franchises that sit you in and get you out as quickly as possible and I wind up not even remembering the dentist that worked on me. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. I have always come out of the place smiling and in a good mood."

"Was not overly thrilled. Was there for over an hour, X-rays took over 30 minutes to take and the second tech who came to assist the junior tech was rude, disrespectful and really didn’t care if I stayed or left when I told her my frustration. Finally met with the doctor and got about 10 minutes with him and I still don’t think I was actually heard or understood. I would say more but I’d be here for a while typing."

"I liked them initially but the appointment confirmation text/phone calls were annoying. I tried to express my feedback and felt dismissed. Plenty of other places to spend my money, so I’ll just go elsewhere. Reminder to people that you have choices, don’t stay where you’re not respected. I also feel like they product push a lot, I’ve never been recommended braces until I got here. They look for any reason to sell you something. It’s not a bad place, just be prepared to deal with door salesmen tactics."
