"This place helped me out so much during a time of need. I never found anything overpriced. Everyone is down to earth. I went to a few different places, my mouth was messed up. I always walked away from other facilities shamed and feeling hopeless. Here we got a plan together and they were flexible and accommodating. More places should be like this. I'm in a better finical spot than I was before, and if I still lived within even a 2 hour drive I would come here still. I genuinely appreciate their work and understanding during my time spent with them."

"My molars never recover after Dr. removed 5 cavities in about 1 1/2hours. He said cavities where not that deep that's why it was fast, He asked me to go back twice to check on them but never got them fixed. After the second time he said I needed a root canal since my cavities where deep... I haven't been able to chew through that side, it hurst stills after more than 10 months . I would never go back to this dental office or bring my children here. Customer service is good, they have nice ladies in front desk. So disappointed ."

"Both my daughter (since she was 9 months old, she is 3 years Saturday) and I are patients here. The team is very understanding and helpful. The dentist does an amazing job calming my daughter who was very hesitant at first as does the whole team, and does a superb job cleaning our teeth. I am allowed to sit with my daughter in my lab when they are checking and cleaning her teeth as she is young still. They will also help you come up with a financial plan to be able to cover what ever is needing to be done if you can't afford it! We will both continue to be patients here and I highly recommend Pioneer Dental!"

"After reading so many horror stories lately I had to come back and write a review. I took both my kids here age 3 and 6 to get cavities filled and cleaning done. I was allowed to sit with both my kids by walking from room to room. They made me and my children fell comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone in Irving."

"I'm new to Irving TX and new to Pioneer Dental. I have a 3 and a 4 year old they are very impatient when it comes to doctors and the dentists. This Dr. was very Nice and Kid friendly, it might not be like kool Smiles but My kids liked this dentist and it was all they could talk about today. What i liked about this Dr.phan, was the way he explained what was wrong with my kids teeth then clearly explained what he could do to fix them. The ladies in the office were really helpful and made the visit a good one. Thank you :) you can agree with me or not, this is my Opinion about my experience."
