"Went for a tooth extraction. My appointment was at 11:00 and wasn’t seen until 11:45. On top of that the dentist numbed me, waited 5 minutes and then pulled. I was in horrible pain from the pressure carrying over into my jaw and eye. I shared my concern with him and he laughed at me, mind you tears flowing down my face. He continued to pull, I continued to whine and groan in pain. No pauses, no breaks just pull and bear with it. He had it pulled in 7 minutes. He was clearly in a hurry. Dentists like this are the reason people have anxiety. I wish it could’ve been a better experience. I’ll remember this the rest of my life."

"Called up on a Monday morning after a weekend of serve tooth pain. They fit me in immediately and I saw Dr Marissa Mistretta. She was very professional, patience, and caring. She treated the tooth pain and it was absolutely painless. Then she personally called and followed up with me the next day, to make sure I was okay and needed anything. I will definitely be following up and using Dr Marissa for all my dental needs and highly recommend them."

"Dr Ted Sako saw me within 5 minutes of being seated, quickly assessed my tooth extraction sites healing progress and possible bone spur, then gave no bs advice before letting me get on with my day. He was courteous and professional, unlike the dental office in San Antonio I went to before. I was also not charged for the inspection because in his own words "It's ok, I didn't do anything." when other dentists will charge you $100+ just for the appointment! Will recommend Dr Sako to others in the future, and I will be back for any further care/issues as need arise."

"Very friendly and pleasant dentist and staff. I went here for a tooth filling, and I am glad that I did. The dentist on my insurance exaggerated by telling me that a tooth cavity I had was too extensive to be treated with another filling; he stated that I needed a crown. I knew he is lying... The dentist I am reviewing here, Ted Sako, fixed my tooth with a simple filling. He was honest with me and did not try to rip me off with an unnecessary procedure. Thank you. -Ramon Maldonado"
