Optimal Dental Care

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Went in for a regular cleaning. When I arrived, staff was friendly, I was taken to the back for X-rays and the dentist did an oral exam and advised everything looked good. Staff said if I wanted to get a cleaning done that I just needed to go to the front and then they would call me back to the back again. When I went to the front I was advised there was a $5 off visit fee and a $47 cancer screening fee! That the dentist requires this screening for all of her patients. I was completely thrown off! Never in my life have I heard of a dentist requiring a cancer exam! Why was I not advised of this when I booked my appointment? Or when I first arrived! They completely wasted my time. I asked how often the dentist requires this cancer exam and front staff said once a year. How about you tell your new patients about this mandatory cancer exam upfront instead of wasting their time! These are businessmen not dentist!"

"Unprofessional and Maria is very rude to her Dental Assistants. She comes off as nice at first then turns around and is a completely different person. She doesn’t know how to properly talk to people and she’s not professional at all. She’s more concerned with her image than anything. She’s not a Dentist and she acts as if she is one and in reality she’s ONLY A DENTAL ASSISTANT. Learn your position Maria , life lesson."

In my experience since getting my braces, the staff has been amazing and they make you feel welcomed by talking to you as a friend instead of “just another customer”. All my appointments have been on time and I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes. They also talk me through every months procedures and my teeth move exactly as they said they would. My smile has improved drastically and I couldn’t be more thankful"
