"Dr. Do is great! They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon when I had a dental emergency. He was able to address the situation in a timely manner and make me feel welcome. The staff was incredibly nice and went the extra mile for me, when it appeared that they were already booked up. I absolutely recommend this office!"

I was extremely anxious, having a procedure done and they helped me overcome my anxiety, and now I am able to do further dental treatment. I was not waiting for the doctor to come see me. He was constantly treating me or talking to me so I felt it. I would 100% recommend him to you."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE! This office deserves 0 stars. Every time I go here for a cleaning, they doctor is always 30 minutes late but expect you to come early… the office staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming, they always say I’m going to give you a call back and NEVER receive a call back from anyone! on top of asking this office to file a claim to my insurance and receptionist claiming it could take up to 45 days, I’ve called 30 days in and my insurance states they never received a claim. I had my insurance call multiple times as well as me calling them multiple times and still this my situation has not been resolved or escalated. Now the office is saying it could take up to 6 months to a year for the claim to be finished. Unbelievable and unprofessional."

"I’ve come to this place for dentistry and felt like they were always trying to sell me something so I left but then made the mistake coming back for orthodontics due to convenience. Well I found out my initial estimate was based on hopes and dreams and they never contacted my insurance so now I’m expected to pay $1800 more that the insurance was supposed to pay. Highly advise to look elsewhere. Update: How would calling the same front desk that just didn’t help me change anything? Don’t believe the automated response, feedback isn’t important to them. Update2: I did call back. They said they’d lower it to $1500. I said great as that’s what insurance will pay. They said we’re not submitting to insurance again and I’d have to pay it. If they have to contact insurance again they’ll request the $1500 from them and still charge me $1500 regardless. I mentioned that makes no sense but they refused. I decided to call my insurance to see what could be done. Now they’re telling me NO CLAIM WAS EVER SUBMITTED TO THEM. This place is a scam."
