"I went to see Dr Borgman as a second opinion on a dental implant. I am so freaking glad I did. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with a huge smile by the front office clerk Clay, then the office manager Lucinda. Dr Borgman was so gracious to work me in to his busy schedule for a consult. I explained to him that I had concerns with my previous dentist and the process of getting my implant. I am so grateful that I finally find a honest, caring dentist like Dr Borgman that cares about his patients. "I grew up in an immigrant family, Being afraid to go to doctors or dentists because of the Stickman of money. So for me to step into an office is hard to do. But today, after I've been feeling pain and not knowing what it was, i step into Las Colinas Dental Care and regret nothing!!! They are amazing to the point of being almost unbelievable. The warm welcome of receptionist to the care and teachings of the crew and doctor. Everyone there made me feel like family. I normally have no clue of what's happening and why and the way they explain everything to me, every detail, was just... Amazing! I'm so thankful and can't wait to come back regularly."

"Update 11-08-18: Alot of their recent reviews seem inauthentic being within hours of each other - they don't take time to address negative reviews like most legitimate businesses that actually care about their reviews. If you go to a business like this that has less than stellar reviews it's like playing russian roulette with your health. I was scammed by this dentist(Jeff Borgman DDS) and his his office and they even acknowledged the "mistake"(misplaced fillings) after I mentioned X-rays being done at a different clinic. He destroyed the integrity of my completely healthy upper molar tooth by placing an unnecessary filling in it. When I requested a refund they agreed to it. The manager(Lucinda Knight) then ignored most of my follow-up emails and phone calls for a couple of months trying to buy time. I finally went in to get the refund and they agreed to it as long as I signed a waiver releasing them from all forms of negligence which I felt like was there way of getting away with the scam & I refused to do. I would've let this go if I felt like it was an honest mistake by the dentist but based on how terrible his acting job was when denying the mistake and how hard the cavity is to miss I had reason to believe it was intentional. Even if it was an accident how is this guy licensed if he is missing the mark that bad? If I had insurance he might've gotten away with insurance fraud. I still haven't received a refund and am hoping the complaint I filed with the TSDE will decide in my favor. All I can do now is inform the public of my experience and hope people will be more informed before choosing a dentist like this for their dental needs."
