"I’ve been going to 21st Century Dental since I moved to Texas 7 months ago. They have ALWAYS been wonderful! I’m going through the fun of adult orthodontia, so I’m in once a month; today they were beyond amazing. I went in today for a quick checkup, the difference, I head suffering from a migraine headache. They did everything they could to make me comfortable. Despite telling her I was fine, Pennie (who oversees my orthodontia) went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Pulling shades, dimming lights, keeping noises to a minimum and putting a towel over my eyes. All to make me comfortable because she said “that’s what we do at 21st Century Dental”. Just WOW! "I have been to 2 Dental offices just in the past Month and 21st century is the 3rd. They made me feel very comfortable, and help ease my mind about what I was getting done. They made me feel like what I wanted was important to them and especially me. They did not try to sell me something I did not need are want . They took away the fear and and gave me comfort. Dr. Roy and his assistant Ms. Selena were awesome. All that they did I had no pain or discomfort. And I even got a strawberry milkshake afterwards. I highly recommend 21st dental to anyone needing to see a dentist and won’t go because of fear or prices they have so many options to help you."

"A+ service My first visit was awesome! They cleaned my teeth very well & were very detailed in suggestions & letting me know what needs to be fixed. For anyone else that is rocking no insurance like me, they do offer a 7% "cash" discount! (not literal cash tho, it can be credit card) Which was a nice surprise They even offered a milkshake but I politely declined, the gesture was very nice though! I'm very impressed & will be back for sure"
