"I blew the motor in my escape 5 days before leaving to Florida on a 2 week business trip I was suppose to be driving to. Adam and the guys worked with the dealerships extended warranty people, found my motor that was rare and only fit, pulled, and replaced, even fixed properly my custom headlights on my vehicle returned to me the day before I left. I even have a new warranty on the motor. Everything was handled and taken care of by their office. Definitely will be taking my other vehicles to them as well."
