"Manager "Will" is unprofessional and has no respect for customers. Went in regarding a return I had done at the store and instead of being polite by dismissing himself, he walked off while I was talking. Instead of managing he felt he was the only one that had to assist customers. Speaking over me, going back and forth with me, instead of assisting me he simply stated that my issue was not the store issue. Versus managing the issue by providing me with the proper steps to ensure that the issue is resolved since the store could not assist. A grown man that feels he should disrespect and not care about customer issues is not manager material. Next time try to smile and show some concern versus being impolite and rude with customers. I only went back to the store because that's where I went to return items, never thought I would be treated in such a degrading manner. Do better "Will"."

"Saturday around 5pm I was rushing to a party when the kid I picked up had on small, dirty crocs. I went to Hibbett because I knew they had the 50% puma sale recently. When arriving I asked the man was the Pumas 50% off & he said yes! The kid & I spent about 30mins trying on shoes. When we finally found 2 pairs of Puma, the kid asked to wear a pair out of the store. The lady said it was ok. The kid put the shoes on & when I went to check out the lady said the Pumas ARE NOT 50% off. The man pulled up his phone to show the lady & the lady said thats not valid. I asked the man to waive the discount being that thats what he told me. The man refused. I asked for the manager & the man, “Will Gardener” was the manager. I was in such disbelief! I reiterated the fact of him giving me false information & the fact of him being the manager he should be able to honor what HE SAID! The man refused! I asked, How are you the manager & don't know whats going on in the store? How are you the manager giving customers false information? The man responded “because I do what I want and I don’t care what I said I don’t have to give you anything”. I was beyond embarrassed as the kid cried taking off the shoes and the man loud talked us as if we were in the wrong or begging for a discount!"
