"I am a retired dental hygienist and was once also a loyal supporter of Dr. Fuqua. However, .he has done some less than commendable work in my mouth that cost me, just from him almost$20,000. I am talking about implants, crowns, sinus lifts etc. one implant failed and had to be pulled out, and the sinus lift he did to accommodate the implant broke into my sinus and caused a severe infection, and I had bone particles coming into my throat from the sinus. The second implant was holding firm but most of the implant was exposed! Then I had my front 4 teeth recrowned. The crowns were a bad fit from the beginning, but he got them in there. Long story short, all of his work has failed and I have had to spend another $30,000 to fix it! I requested a refund from some of the monies I paid him, but he would only agree to give me that if I signed a paper saying that I would not post any negative reviews! Well, I refused to sign the paper, and when my husband Went to talk to The good doctor, he was rude and walked out of the room. On the 4th, while trying to celebrate the holiday, I was sitting in a restaurant and the crowns that he put on my front teeth just FELL OUT!!!!! It has been a very painful and expensive experience and I can only warn you..if you have to do some extensive reconstruction in your mouth, this IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO IT!!!! I too felt those warm and cozy feelings about Fuqua, but when things went bad, he is totally different. BEWARE"

"My experience with Dr. Fuqua and his office staff was stellar. I had many restorations, titanium implants and veneers to restore my bite. It took a couple years from start to finish, but I am now so happy with my bite and my smile. It was well worth the money and time. Dr. Fuqua is a perfectionist and it shows in his work.
