"Had previously given them (the dentist really) a 5 star rating because they fixed a botched crown which was a hellish nightmare. Fast forward three years and I’ve educated myself very well in the medical billing and coding world, and they completely tried to rip me off by charging double for procedures included with the preliminary billing code. I submitted for a pretreatment estimate , and my insurance confirmed this. When I called to attempt to remedy this considering I really like the dentist, the front desk was completely rude and belligerent. Acted like I was a completely clueless as was my entire insurance company. I don’t know why these people try and lie and rip you off , when with a quick google search, you can find all this pricing and coding information on the American dental associations website and through pretreatment estimates… three stars for Angela frank the dentist and in hoping she, as a person, has nothing to do with this. 0 stars for everything else."

"Shockingly poor experience with Ty Schaffer office staff and medical billing. They are only interested in doing things their way and make it impossible for the patient to have done what they need first. Then my husband an MD heard a message they left on our answering machine and he insisted I move away from these people. So I will need my file please Also good luck getting an appointment convenient for you. I have worked nights for 26 years to Paris first class and they gave me grief for being "out of it" at 8 a.m. NOKD"
