"I came here because of all of the good reviews. It is true the manager was very nice. He showed me videos of what I needed done. A timing belt, an engine mount, rear shocks, rear brakes and rotors. After being given the estimate, which included rear brakes, I went to a friend to do the rear brakes. I was told I needed pads and rotors, so I purchased these in advance. When my friend took the pads off he showed me how much was left on the pad. He showed me that the rotors were in good shape. So I decided to go to a different place to get a second opinion. The price I was given was about $600 less, so I agreed to have the work done. Once the work was started, they asked me which motor mount it was that needed replacing. They showed me a video of the motor mounts, which was different than the one I had been shown at 121 auto! It turns out there were two things I was told I needed to do that weren't true! The video of the broken motor mount that I had been shown wasn't from my vehicle. Beware, and make sure you get a second opinion."
