"Bought a Christmas gift for my wife. Asked for them to not use her email address as it was a Christmas present. Next day she asks me what the Allbirds order confirmation was all about. Called store on Amherst and no help from manager other than you can have a refund and hung up. Called customer service line and they only handle online orders. Parking is hard enough in the Village but service is the worst I have experienced in a long while. Would recommend you take your business to someone more customer friendly."
"I had ordered Allbirds for the first time online. My wife has been telling me I need a pair bcz they are so comfortable. The shoes came in but were a bit small. Took them to the store here in the Village and they let me try on the larger pair and they found my online order and swapped them out no problem and quick. Store was very nice Staff was excellent! I really like the shoes."
"Unfortunately it is the only place in Houston to try on Allbird shoes, but at least it is a very nice store. Parking is what you expect in Rice Village, so I would research what you want beforehand so that you don't wind up the parking meter. If you know the brand then the journey to Rice Village is worth it to find stylish, comfortable shoes."
