"When this store says “first come, first serve” they mean, you need to know an employee or else it’s not even worth the hassle of buying from this store. Customer service is poor and there’s many other stores around the Houston area that will treat you with some respect. I’ve given this store too many chances and at this point it’s all insider information how to get certain releases and how to get someone to talk to you as a human. I knew big chain stores were about that but stores out here claiming to “serve the community” gotta be better."
"Couldn’t try the pants on which was a bummer. Asked about similar spots in the area and he sent me to Urban Outfitters…sarcasm I guess? Not friendly unless you plan to spend which is cool but you never know when someone could come back and blow a bag. Selection is fitting for the aesthetic of the establishment. Not bad. Just didn’t have sizes in what I wanted."
"Stopped in to visit this black woman-owned sneaker boutique the only one in the United States, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The boutique was located in a vibrant part of town, and upon entering, I was immediately struck by the unique selection of sneakers on display. The boutique carried a wide range of sneakers, from classic retro styles to limited edition releases. It appears that the owner could have an eye for fashion and a deep passion for sneakers, which was evident in the way she curated her collection. Each pair of sneakers was carefully selected, and the boutique carried styles for both men and women. The customer service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. On display here she shows her collection she designed in collaboration with Nike which is a pretty humble flex . I am grateful for the opportunity to support such a wonderful business and hope to see more like it in the future."
"Love!!! Love!!! Love this store!!! Excellent selection and customer service!!!! Evan went above and beyond to go to the storage unit to get a different size for us. Damien and Tim were extremely friendly and helpful in size selection. We arrived late, and they never rushed us out of the store. We will definitely be back!!! They are always extremely helpful and greet us with a smile!!! Keep up the great work!!! First Class Service!!!"
