"This visit was for my first cleaning with Dental Depot, I had been in previously for a crown. The Hygienist, I'm bad at remembering names, Lauren or Laura, was fantastic! She explained everything she would be doing and the reasons why. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and made the entire process so easy. My teeth felt so great when she completed the cleaning. I highly recommend Dental Depot. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly."
"My husband down not ever go to the dentist. Well he was forced too because of a bad toothache. After meeting Dr Patel and have a tooth extraction he was a fan. He was amazed by his bed side manor and how he was honest and approachable. He then recommended me to go , which I have terrible teeth and seen many dentist.the office staff was welcoming. My appt was on time.Kelsey was amazing ! So sweet and very personable. We have a whole treatment plan ready ! Thank u dental depot !"
"Whoever manages the phones here does their job poorly. I called a week ago to make an appointment and filled out all of the new patient paperwork they requested. I show up for my scheduled appointment time and they say they have no record of me or of my scheduled time. I drove 25 mins to get there on my lunch break and then have to drive straight back home so an hour wasted. Do better."
"It had been awhile since Dr. Patel had been my dentist. After a less than desired outcome with another dentist, I knew Dr. Patel would provide me solid options to fix my problem. Their state of art x-ray machine was crystal clear allowing Dr. Patel to quickly assess my tooth issue. With an Excellent explanation of my treatment options, and after a lowering of my crown causing me immediate relief. His assistant was so helpful and caring. I’m now back with Dr. Patel and all the staff at Dental Depot in Highland Village. Very happy with my recent experience and will be telling others all about it!"
"I've been a patient for just over three years. The staff are always great and Dr Patel has been great throughout. I have had an implant and multiple crowns completed and each experience was great. My regular cleanings are great. I would recommend the Dental Depot in Highland Village to anyone. This is my favorite dentist I have ever had.
