"I’ve come here for multiple repairs on my 08 VW Rabbit over the years and have always been impressed with the workmanship, customer service, and the honesty from this shop. They always make sure to actually listen to all of the information you have about little quirks or issues before they start a diagnostic, and will go over EVERYTHING in easy to understand detail before doing any work, something I’ve found as a female car owner to be lacking at most repair shops. Most recently I brought in a ridiculous dealer quote for a new transmission among other things to get a second opinion and Derek went through with me all of the issues and explained how it would not be financially prudent to go through with any further repairs on the car and to sell it as is for its parts value.
